Did Lagos Life raise job pay and add new careers?Jobs
Mostly yes. The developer announced on 5 October 2026 that all job pay is up 2–3×, that the intern rate is now ₦9,900, up from ₦3,600, and that six careers were added. Entry pay for the careers that existed before is now about 2.75× what it was, and the top rank of each career pays about 1.5× its old rate. Thirteen of the 14 side gigs pay 2.5× more. Listed pay is per shift, not per hour, and finishing more of a shift pays more. Seven careers are new here: the six the announcement named — Medicine, Civil Service, Broadcasting, Real Estate, Aviation, Product Management — plus Law, which has no skill requirement.
